I am so excited about tonights LOST Thursday dinner. Our friend Colin has been serving in Iraq for the past few months and is home for a few weeks on leave. He will be having dinner with the LOST crew tonight and I am so happy to have him home. I am cooking up a storm today...Pork tenderloin, corn casserole, twice baked potatoes, rolls, baked apples, green bean casserole and oreo dirt dessert. I really wanted to go all out to celebrate! Sorry I have been absent from the blogging world. I have been super busy getting new paint, new carpet and organizing my entire house. But I am back :)
